Orders and returns

Shop policy

This page explains how purchases from Loumi Records are processed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Seller and contract

The seller is Loumi Records, Johan Olsson, Oberer Baselblick 43, 79594 Inzlingen, Germany. A purchase contract is formed when your order is accepted and payment is confirmed. The order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied during checkout. Full provider details are available in the Impressum.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the payment methods offered during checkout. Any delivery charge is shown or agreed before the order is fulfilled.

Digital downloads

Available download files are provided after successful payment. If a file has not yet been uploaded or the download fails, Loumi Records will provide the purchased files manually by email. Please keep your confirmation email and contact us if you need a replacement link.

Digital purchases are for personal use unless a separate licence says otherwise. Buying a download does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution, resale or public sharing.

Physical orders

Records, CDs and merchandise are packed with care and sent to the address supplied at checkout. Dispatch estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. For a pre-order, the expected release or dispatch date shown with the product applies. If an unexpected delay is substantial, we will contact you.

Please check the delivery address before paying. If an order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and, where useful, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, price reduction or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. This is separate from the voluntary decision to withdraw described below.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For goods, the period begins when you or a person designated by you receives the goods. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement by email or post before the deadline to:

Loumi Records, Johan Olsson
Oberer Baselblick 43
79594 Inzlingen, Germany

After withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct return shipping cost. We reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods arrive or you provide evidence that they were returned. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

The statutory exceptions apply. In particular, the right of withdrawal may cease for sealed audio recordings after the seal is removed. For paid digital content, it ceases only when delivery has begun after your express consent and acknowledgment that beginning delivery causes you to lose that right.
